About LyfeGo Business
Corporate programmes designed around your people. Coordinated from one place.
LyfeGo Business designs and coordinates team experiences, team-development programmes, multi-sport events and employee wellness programmes for organisations in Singapore.
We bring the programme design, instructors, activities, equipment, logistics and facilitation together around one clear brief. This gives HR and People teams one point of coordination instead of a collection of disconnected vendors.
Why LyfeGo Business exists
Organising a corporate programme can become a substantial internal project.
Different activities may require different instructors and vendors. Programme quality can vary. Sports providers may understand the activity but not the organisation’s objective. Team-building sessions can feel generic. Venues, equipment, transport, refreshments and participant requirements create another layer of coordination.
LyfeGo Business was built to make that process clearer.
We begin with what the organisation wants its people to experience, learn or build. We then shape the programme around the participants, timing, location, budget and practical requirements.
The result is not simply a list of activities. It is a coordinated programme with a clear purpose and an agreed scope.
What we do
Start with the outcome
A good programme begins with the reason for bringing people together.
That could mean helping a new team connect, strengthening communication, creating a large-scale company experience or giving employees more ways to participate in wellness activities.
We use that objective to guide the programme format, activity selection and level of facilitation.
Build around the participants
The same activity will not suit every team.
We consider group size, interests, confidence levels, accessibility needs, physical considerations, available time, location and budget before recommending a direction.
Coordinate the moving parts
Depending on the agreed scope, LyfeGo can coordinate:
- programme design
- instructors and facilitators
- activity selection
- venue
- equipment
- participant communications
- transport
- food and drinks
- towels
- behavioural profiling
- facilitated debriefs
- other agreed programme requirements
Your proposal will state exactly what LyfeGo will coordinate and what is included.
Connect activity to learning when required
Not every corporate activity needs to become a workshop.
When the objective is learning or team development, LyfeGo can combine practical activities with structured facilitation, APEX DiSC behavioural insight and workplace reflection.
This helps participants connect what happens during the experience to how the team communicates, makes decisions, responds under pressure and works together.
Four ways we support organisations
Premium Team Bonding
Fully coordinated shared experiences for teams that want to connect, celebrate or enjoy something new together.
High Performance Team Building
Facilitated team-development programmes that combine behavioural insight, practical activities, reflection and team working agreements.
Multi-Sport Events
Sports carnivals, rotating activity events and sports clinics designed for varied interests, inclusive participation and clear event flow.
Employee Wellness Programmes
Ongoing employee wellness activities supported by tools for managing employee access, eligibility, budgets, bookings, engagement, surveys and reporting.
Capability behind every programme
LyfeGo combines access to a broad sports network with programme design and operational coordination.
Our experience includes:
- access to more than 300 instructors across over 50 sports
- APEX DiSC certified practitioners
- school and corporate programmes ranging from six participants to groups of more than 300
- experience supporting large events involving 10 sports and more than 4,000 participants
These figures demonstrate delivery range, not a promise that every programme requires a large format. LyfeGo works with each client to determine the scope appropriate for its objective, participants and constraints.

Leadership grounded in delivery
Luke Phang
Head of B2B, LyfeGo
Luke leads the development of LyfeGo’s corporate programmes.
His experience includes more than four years across sports events, team building, camp operations and activity design, supported by more than 13 years in competitive sports and coaching.
He has engaged more than 1,500 participants across ASEAN, including senior business leaders and young people, and has delivered programmes involving groups of more than 300 participants.
Luke is an APEX DiSC certified practitioner, a Certified Coaching Master Practitioner and holds a professional certificate in public speaking from Toastmasters. He is also familiar with change-management principles and training needs analysis, which help him connect programme design to an organisation’s people-development objectives.
This combination of programme operations, coaching, facilitation and organisational-development knowledge shapes LyfeGo’s approach: understand the objective, design for the people involved and connect the experience to a practical outcome.
How working with LyfeGo works
01Share what you need
We begin with your objective, participant profile, timing, location, practical requirements and budget.
02Review a tailored recommendation
LyfeGo recommends an appropriate programme direction and prepares a proposal for review.
03Confirm the scope
We refine the programme with you and confirm the activities, responsibilities, logistics and price.
04Let LyfeGo coordinate the experience
LyfeGo manages the agreed instructors, equipment, logistics and facilitation so your team can focus on participating.
05Review and follow up
Where appropriate, we gather feedback, review the programme and discuss relevant next steps or ongoing engagement.
What we believe
Participation matters
A programme should be designed for the people attending, not only for the most confident or physically capable participants.
Purpose should shape the format
The activity is a means, not automatically the outcome. Connection, learning, participation and wellness require different programme designs.
Practical details affect the experience
Good facilitation cannot compensate for unclear logistics, unsuitable activities or poor participant communication. Programme design and operational delivery must work together.
Team development should continue beyond the activity
When learning is the objective, participants should leave with language, observations or agreements they can use back at work.
Credibility requires honest scope
We do not promise a particular outcome simply because an activity has been selected. The final programme, services and responsibilities are agreed through discovery and confirmed in the proposal.
Tell us what success looks like for your people
You do not need to arrive with a finished programme.
Share the objective and the details you already know. LyfeGo will recommend an appropriate direction and coordinate the agreed experience from brief to delivery.
