Careers and delivery opportunities

Help us create programmes people want to join.

LyfeGo is always looking for capable trainers, coaches and facilitators who can help us deliver thoughtful, well-run programmes for organisations in Singapore.

Who we are looking for

Different roles. One standard of delivery.

The right role depends on what you are qualified and confident to lead. Some programmes require specialist knowledge. Others depend on inclusive facilitation, event flow and dependable execution.

DiSC® and team development

Workshop trainers

Facilitate behavioural-insight workshops that help teams understand working preferences, discuss real interaction patterns and turn reflection into practical agreements.

Practitioners with relevant DiSC® certification or facilitation experience who are comfortable working with adult and corporate groups.

  • Clear, credible facilitation
  • Thoughtful questioning and debriefing
  • Ability to connect behavioural insight to workplace situations
  • Sound professional boundaries when working with profile information

Skills-based programmes

Sports coaches

Teach a sport or physical discipline through structured, participant-appropriate sessions. Coaches help people learn safely, build confidence and make meaningful progress at an appropriate level.

Experienced coaches and instructors with strong technical knowledge, safe coaching practice and the ability to teach mixed-ability groups.

  • Strong knowledge of your sport or discipline
  • Clear demonstrations and progressive instruction
  • Inclusive coaching for different confidence and ability levels
  • Relevant qualifications, experience or governing-body credentials

Fun-based corporate programmes

Sports facilitators

Lead accessible sports activities, games and team challenges where participation, energy and connection matter more than technical mastery.

Confident group leaders who can explain activities clearly, read the room and adapt rules, pace and intensity for a corporate audience.

  • Warm, energetic group facilitation
  • Clear instructions and fair game management
  • Ability to include less confident or less active participants
  • Good judgement around safety, pace and group dynamics

Operations and participant experience

Event facilitators

Keep multi-activity programmes moving. Event facilitators support the practical details that help participants know where to go, what to do and what happens next.

Reliable operators who are comfortable with event logistics, registration, equipment, schedules, station flow and on-the-ground problem-solving.

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Calm decision-making when plans change
  • Clear communication with participants and the delivery team
  • Ownership of setup, timing, handovers and assigned logistics

What matters across every role

Technical expertise matters, but it is not enough on its own. LyfeGo looks for people who make the overall programme more dependable, inclusive and useful for the client and participants.

Professional and dependable

You prepare properly, arrive on time, communicate early and follow through on what you have agreed to deliver.

Participant-centred

You notice different confidence levels, needs and ways of participating instead of designing only for the most experienced person in the room.

Safe and responsible

You use sound judgement, follow agreed safety arrangements and raise concerns rather than ignoring them.

Adaptable

You can respond constructively when timing, group energy, weather, venue conditions or programme requirements change.

Clear with people

You give concise instructions, listen well and work respectfully with participants, clients and other members of the delivery team.

Open to feedback

You reflect on delivery, learn from what happened and keep improving your practice with the wider team.

How opportunities work

Matched to the programme, role and people involved.

LyfeGo assembles delivery teams around confirmed client requirements. Opportunities may vary by programme type, sport, location, group profile, date and duration.

  • Engagement arrangements vary by role and programme.

  • Joining the network does not guarantee immediate or regular assignments.
  • Relevant onboarding, briefing or programme preparation may be required before delivery.
