This policy applies to the LyfeGo Business website and to people who make an enquiry, request a proposal, attend or are connected with a LyfeGo programme, or otherwise contact LyfeGo in a business context. In this policy, “LyfeGo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the LyfeGo business responsible for the relevant programme or enquiry.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, work email address, company or organisation, role, programme interests, objectives, group size, timing, location, budget range, participant needs, additional notes, and details submitted through the Programme Finder. We may also collect technical information such as the page you visited, referral source and limited browser-session information needed to operate the website.

We use personal data to respond to enquiries; recommend, scope and deliver programmes; prepare proposals; coordinate agreed services; communicate about an existing enquiry or programme; maintain our business records; protect the website and prevent misuse; and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
