This policy applies to the LyfeGo Business website and to people who make an enquiry, request a proposal, attend or are connected with a LyfeGo programme, apply to join our delivery network, or otherwise contact LyfeGo in a business context. In this policy, “LyfeGo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the LyfeGo business responsible for the relevant programme, enquiry or application.
Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, work email address, company or organisation, role, programme interests, objectives, group size, timing, location, budget range, participant needs, additional notes, and details submitted through the Programme Finder. If you apply to join our delivery network, we may collect the information you provide about your experience, qualifications, certifications, availability, location and professional profile. We may also collect technical information such as the page you visited, referral source and limited browser-session information needed to operate the website.
How we use personal data
We use personal data to respond to enquiries; recommend, scope and deliver programmes; prepare proposals; coordinate agreed services; communicate about an existing enquiry or programme; assess and respond to delivery-network applications; match suitable people to relevant programme requirements; maintain our business records; protect the website and prevent misuse; and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not use a programme enquiry or application to subscribe you to unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis to do so.
How we may disclose personal data
We may disclose personal data to LyfeGo personnel and service providers who help us run the website, store programme briefs, send communications or deliver agreed services. Where required to deliver an agreed programme, we may share relevant information with instructors, venues, transport providers, food and beverage providers, or other programme partners. We require recipients to handle personal data only for the relevant purpose and with appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose personal data where required or permitted by law.

Website storage and links
Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose Allow analytics. You can change that choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Essential storage supports sign-in and saves your privacy choice. Embedded demos and third-party services may use their own storage when you interact with them. The Programme Finder may keep your answers in your browser for the duration of your visit so that your progress is not lost. Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
