Corporate Games
Build a sporting tradition your organisation can call its own.
A 4–12 week company Games cycle that connects competition, department identity and a flagship company-wide event. Build a property employees can recognise and return to each year.
Corporate Games are designed for medium and large organisations seeking more than a one-day company sports event. The 4–12 week cycle can connect department teams, qualifying activities, standings, recreational categories and a flagship Games Day into a company-owned sporting tradition.
4–12 week campaign + Flagship Games Day / Annual recurring series
Who this is for
Medium and large organisations seeking a recurring internal sporting property rather than another isolated sports day. For HR, People & Culture, internal communications and employee engagement teams.
The problem we design around
An isolated sports day gives people one date to attend. A company sporting tradition needs preparation, recognisable teams, more than one route to participate and a reason to stay involved before the finale.
- Programme area
- Company-wide employee engagement
- Focus
- Competition, identity, cross-department connection and tradition
What we are working towards
Target representation from at least 70% of the departments or business units agreed as in scope across a 4–12 week Games cycle, culminating in a flagship company-wide event.
How we will review it
This is a department-representation target, not a guarantee or a claim that 70% of all employees will participate. Agree the in-scope units and the minimum active representation per unit before launch. Track actual participation across the cycle against that fixed denominator and report employee attendance separately.
How the programme works
1
Set the Games identity
Agree the purpose, in-scope departments, participation target, sports portfolio, team structure and company event identity.
2
Launch and prepare
Recruit department or business-unit teams and captains. Introduce rules, recreational categories and preparation opportunities.
3
Build the competition
Run the agreed qualifying rounds across multiple sports, track standings and create opportunities for cross-department contact.
4
Stage the flagship event
Bring finals, recreational play, leadership participation and trophies together in the agreed Games Day programme.
5
Review and return
Review department representation and employee participation, then use feedback to shape the next annual edition.
What participants experience
A team to identify with
Department or business-unit teams, captains and a shared identity that lasts beyond one session.
Competition at a suitable level
Multiple sports, recreational categories and clear eligibility and scoring arrangements.
A finale to work towards
Standings lead into finals and recognition. Leadership participation can be included where it supports the event.
What your organisation receives
- A 4–12 week campaign plan and flagship event schedule
- Team structure, eligibility, rules and agreed representation target
- Registration, qualifying rounds and standings within the agreed scope
- Agreed sporting delivery, equipment, personnel and Games Day operations
- Finals, trophies and leadership participation where included
- Department-representation and participation review with recommendations for the next edition
Your proposal confirms the programme, inclusions, delivery responsibilities, measurement approach and price before you commit.
Why LyfeGo
LyfeGo connects the preparation, sports delivery and flagship event into one company-owned experience. The design makes room for competition and recreational participation while building continuity between editions.
How we design the experience
Team identity, clear rules, accessible entry points and a sequence of shared milestones shape the Games. This is an engagement campaign, not a promise of behavioural or business-performance improvement.

Questions before you plan
It means representation from at least 70% of the departments or business units agreed as in scope before launch. We also agree what minimum active representation means. It is not 70% of the workforce, and it is not calculated only from units that eventually sign up.
